As a certified specialist, she has attained many hours of classroom credits in marketing land for highest and best use, timber evaluation, adapting to and passing zoning requirements, as well as commercial land development. She is also certified by the Real Estate Commission in Professional Property Management.
Former President of the Wartrace Chamber of Commerce and the Walking Horse Trainers Auxiliary and having served on the Tennessee Walking Horse Foundation Board and the Shelbyville Chamber Board, and a Rotarian, Emily has developed powerful friends and contacts both locally and nationwide.
Emily’s husband, Phillip Wilson, is retired from a 25 year career as a professional horse trainer and now owns Complete Lawn Care. They live on a farm in Wartrace, Tennessee. They also have two grown daughters and five grandchildren who also live in Middle Tennessee.
